When placing an order, the buyer confirms the selected positions, price and contact details. These conditions apply together with the mandatory norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation on consumer protection.

ABGUL accepts orders for the manufacture of products according to the selected or customized 3D model, as well as for products shown in the store.
For a manufactured model, the price is calculated according to parameters, estimated weight and current cost rules. For the finished product, the price shown in the cart at registration is valid, the total amount is confirmed before payment.
Cards synchronized from Ozon’s office are added to ABGUL’s shared shopping cart and paid through ABGUL’s payment system along with other positions. No transfer to Ozon is required to pay for such an order.
The Ozon Pay secure form is used to pay for the order; the available payment methods are displayed by the bank; the ABGUL server checks the order ID, amount and payment status with Ozon Pay; the transition to the successful payment page does not in itself confirm the payment; the test payment does not allow the production or sending of the order; the card data is entered only on the bank page.
Check the order of receipt of the check with the seller before payment. Check the phone and email for sending an electronic check. The bank notice of the transaction does not replace the cash check; the seller ensures its issuance in cases and in the manner prescribed by law.
The production period is up to 3 days.
Delivery is done by Ozon. When you check out, select the available delivery point. The shipping cost is included in the final order amount.
The terms and conditions of a particular order are agreed before payment, the shipping cost is shown separately and is included in the confirmed total amount, the details are posted on the Manufacture and Delivery page. If the execution is impossible or requires changes in essential parameters, the seller will contact the buyer.
Cancellation, refund, quality requirements and terms of their consideration are determined by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.The individual nature of the product is taken into account only to the extent permitted by law, and does not limit the mandatory rights of the buyer to the goods or work of inadequate quality.
For questions of order, check, return or quality, send the order number and description of the situation to info@abgul.ru. Do not send e-mail bank card details and confirmation codes.
The order data are processed in accordance with the published Personal Data Processing Policy. The confirmed phone number or the email specified by the buyer and the calculation composition are transmitted to the payment and cash services only in the amount necessary for payment and formation of the check.
