Availability of payment
Orders are paid through a secure Ozon Pay form, the payment methods available to you are displayed on the bank page, the test payment is not a real payment and does not transfer the order to production or delivery.

Payment arrangements
1. Check the composition of the order, contacts, production dates, method of receipt and the total amount with delivery.
2. Create an order and press the payment button. Then select "Go to Pay."
3. On the Ozon Pay page, check the amount and the recipient, select the payment method and confirm the transaction.
4. Go back to the site. ABGUL will check the status of the bank. Going back to the site alone does not confirm payment.
Security and protection against fraud
Check the site address and secure HTTPS connection before logging in and paying. Do not enter payment details on the page warning the browser about the certificate. Do not tell the site staff PIN, CVV/CVC, bank password and one-time confirmation codes.
These cards are entered on the bank side, the ABGUL website does not store them. The bank conducts an audit of the transaction and can request additional confirmation or reject payment.
If a suspicious charge is detected, immediately contact the bank that issued the card and tell the seller the order number.
If the payment fails
Check the status in the application of your bank and in the order. If the money is written off and the status has not changed, contact the seller before repayment and specify the order number, time and amount of the transaction.
Cash receipt and refund
To send an electronic cashier's check, check the phone and e-mail specified in the order. The bank notice does not replace the cashier's check. For check and return questions, contact the seller.
