Conditions for buyers who purchase goods and services for personal use, the mandatory rights of the consumer remain.
The buyer can refuse the goods before they are handed over and after they are received within 7 days. If written information on the procedure and terms of return is not provided at the time of delivery, the period is 3 months from the date of delivery. The presentation and consumer properties are retained for return. The purchase can be confirmed by a check or other evidence; the absence of a check does not in itself deprive the right to return.
An exception for the return of goods of good quality applies only if the goods have individually defined properties and can only be used by the buyer who ordered them. Manufacturing to order or 3D printing does not in itself mean a prohibition of return.
If the goods have defects, the buyer has the right to make a claim provided for by law: elimination of defects, reimbursement of costs for their correction, reduction of the price, replacement or refund. The procedure and terms depend on the claim and applicable rules. Return of defective goods at the request of the seller is carried out at his expense.
If you refuse a remotely purchased goods of good quality, the money is returned no later than 10 days from the date of the claim; the seller's costs for the delivery of the returned goods from the buyer are deducted; the procedure for refunding and the necessary details are agreed with the seller.
If the subject matter of the contract is the performance of work or the provision of services, the relevant legislation applies. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time with payment of the costs actually incurred by the contractor related to the execution of this contract. The amount and relationship of costs to the order must be confirmed. A fixed penalty for refusal is not established by these conditions. Requirements for work deficiencies or violation of deadlines are considered separately under the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
Tell the seller the order number, the essence of the appeal and the desired solution. If available, attach a confirmation of the purchase and photos of shortcomings.
