How meshes differ from CAD geometry and what to check before uploading a file to ABGUL.

Start with the task
ABGUL accepts STL and OBJ for initial print estimates, and STL, STEP and STP for CNC. Support in storage or a builder does not mean a file can be automatically priced in every calculator tab. Check the instructions for the specific upload field.
Mesh and editable geometry
STL describes a surface with triangles. OBJ is also used for polygon geometry and may reference extra resources. STEP exchanges CAD geometry. Renaming the extension does not convert between them. Export from the source application and keep the original project separately.
Check after export
Reopen the exported file. Compare its bounds with a reference dimension: missing units can change scale. Confirm that all required bodies are present, with no stray objects or broken surfaces. For printing, review closed surfaces and wall thickness. For CNC, supply critical dimensions in a separate brief.
Send an understandable package
Use short, distinct file names, and specify the revision and quantity of each part. For an archive, identify its contents and main file. Do not include passwords, keys or other people’s personal data. Recalculate after geometry changes: an old estimate may refer to a different revision.
Correct folder: BrowserExtensionUnpack ZIP and launch “Install.cmd.” In the browser window, select the BrowserExtension folder itself, not the icons folder nested.

In the downloaded ZIP, select “Extract Everything”, then start “Install.cmd”.
On the extensions page on the top right, turn on Developer Mode.
Click "Upload unpacked extension".
Click Ctrl+L, Ctrl+V, Enter and confirm BrowserExtension.
Do not select the attached icons folder.
Do not turn off Developer Mode: it should remain on after restarting the browser.
Computer extensionUnpack ZIP into a permanent folder. In your browser, select the ABGUL-Extension-1.5.13 folder that contains manifest.json.

Unpack the downloaded ZIP and do not delete the resulting folder after installation.
Open the browser extensions page and turn on Developer Mode.
Click "Upload unpacked extension".
Select the ABGUL-Extension-1.5.13 folder with manifest.json.
For Yandex Browser on AndroidWhen downloading the extension, select the manifest.json file in the unpacked folder rather than the icons folder.
Step-by-step installation on the phone
Download ZIP and unpack it through the Files app.
In the address bar Yandex Browser open browser://extensions.
Turn on Developer Mode.
Click "Upload unpacked extension".
Open the unpacked folder and select the file manifest.json.
Go back to the model page. The price will appear automatically when you log in.
On iPhone and iPad installation is not availableThe mobile extension works in Yandex Browser on Android. iOS does not allow you to install this Manifest V3 package manually.
The price and order button appear next to each model and each print profile.
